Jujitsu for Self Defense
This class incorporates a mixture of judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu techniques for the purpose of self-defense. Geared towards teens and adults.
During this time the mat is open to any members who wish to workout, get some extra training in for competitions, test out new techniques, etc. Instructors are available to provide advice or feedback.
